The superb cloisonne frame enclosing an exceptional oval enamel depicting a view of a Catholic Priest administering Holy Communion to a boy dressed in Eighteenth Century attire with an Angel in the distance. Mounted on a thick well figured rose marble (possibly Breche Violette) tablet with a metal back support. Condition: Superb condition no losses to marble edges. No evidence of a signature.
